Yesterday, Bosch signed an agreement with Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC AG, Villmergen (Switzerland) to purchase nearly 40 percent of the shares in sia Abrasives Holding AG, Frauenfeld (Switzerland).

Bosch expands its commercial vehicles business. Innovative technology lowers costs and protects the environment. Many innovations at the IAA Commercial Vehicles

The Bosch Group is further expanding its business with commercial vehicle technology. For 2008, Bosch expects to generate sales of 7.8 billion euros with commercial vehicle technology, following seven billion euros in the previous year. For 2009, the company expects these sales to total 8.7 billion euros.

Investment in garden business: Bosch purchases garden watering business from Nelson. Complement to Bosch’s Power Tools division

Bosch has acquired parts of the garden watering and outdoor décor business of L.R. Nelson Corporation headquartered in Peoria, Illinois, USA. By purchasing the Nelson Consumer Products and Sunterra divisions, Bosch broadens its garden product portfolio.
